INTERPRETATION

We believe language access is a fundamental right. Our interpretation services make real-time communication possible, helping people fully participate in spaces where language barriers might otherwise limit their voice and engagement.

We offer consecutive and simultaneous interpretation, available in person, through Video Remote Interpretation (VRI), or over the phone. Interpretation equipment is also available for meetings, events, and other settings.

We provide interpretation for:

Community & Nonprofit Organizations
Community meetings, workshops, events, and engagement activities.

Education & Training
Classes, trainings, workshops, and learning environments.

Government & Public Sector
Public meetings, hearings, consultations, and community engagement.

Legal & Immigration Services
Interviews, consultations, and administrative processes.

Businesses & Organizations
Meetings, trainings, events, and organizational communication.

Our interpreters facilitate communication while respecting linguistic diversity, cultural context, and every person’s right to participate in the language in which they feel most comfortable.

TRASLATION & TRANSCREATION

Translation & Transcreation

We provide professional translation and transcreation services tailored to the purpose, audience, and context of each document.

Document Translation
For civil, legal, educational, and official documents, accuracy matters. We provide precise translations that remain faithful to the original content, terminology, meaning, and format.
This includes affidavits, school transcripts, employee handbooks, birth and marriage certificates, legal records, forms, and other official documents, including documents requiring translation for immigration-related matters and Massachusetts RMV driver’s license requirements.

Transcreation & Community-Facing Materials
For outreach, education, and community engagement, a direct translation is not always enough. Through transcreation, we adapt language, tone, expressions, and cultural references so the message is clear, relevant, and meaningful to the intended community.

This includes flyers, brochures, campaigns, educational materials, websites, social media content, and other public-facing communications.

Whether a document requires precise translation or culturally responsive transcreation, our goal is to preserve its purpose while making the information accessible and meaningful to the people it is intended to reach.

MULTILINGUAL AUDIO & AUDIO GUIDES

We bring translated content to life through professional multilingual audio recording. From museum audio guides and exhibitions to tours and educational content, we combine translation, cultural context, and voice recording to help organizations make their stories accessible to multilingual audiences.

CONSULTING & COACHING

We help organizations move from “Limited Language Access” to “Sustaining Language Justice Practices” by identifying barriers, strengthening existing practices, and developing strategies that reflect the needs of the communities they serve.

Our consulting and coaching services may include language access assessments, strategic planning, development of language access plans and protocols, multilingual communication strategies, interpreter recruitment and development, and individualized coaching for staff and leadership.

Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, we work alongside organizations to understand their unique challenges, build on existing strengths, and develop practical and sustainable approaches to language justice.

EDUCATION & TRAINING

We offer customized education and training designed to strengthen language access, build organizational capacity, and support multilingual communities.
Our programs include:

Language Justice Training — Part 1: Foundations of Language Justice
Understanding language justice, language access vs. language justice, linguistic privilege, barriers to participation, the role of interpretation and translation, and why language matters for belonging and equity.

Language Justice Training — Part 2: Language Justice in Practice
Moving from awareness to action. Participants examine how language justice shows up in their own organization and learn practical strategies for creating multilingual spaces, planning accessible meetings and events, working effectively with interpreters, developing multilingual communication practices, budgeting for language access, and identifying opportunities for organizational change.

Community Engagement Practices
Our Community Engagement training helps organizations strengthen how they connect with and engage multilingual communities. We explore strategies for building trust, creating meaningful opportunities for participation, communicating across languages and cultures, and moving beyond outreach toward authentic community engagement.

Workplace English (ESL)
Our Workplace English programs incorporate industry-specific vocabulary, real workplace scenarios, safety communication, and everyday interactions, helping participants build practical English skills they can use on the job.

Spanish for Beginners
Our Spanish for Beginners programs provide practical, introductory language skills tailored to the needs and environments of participating organizations.
